Cambridge South Club Tour 2009 to Malta

We will be staying at La Vallette Resort Hotel, in the Paceville (pronounced "Patch-eh-ville") district of St Julian's, at the heart of the bars and nightlife and a short walk from the sandy beach of nearby St George's Bay.
As well as the nightlife of Paceville, bars and restaurants can be found along the waterfront of Spinola Bay in neighbouring St Julian's.
A short distance north along the coast road is the Splash and Fun Water Park, with a wide variety of pools, slides, flumes and rides for a day of wet 'n' wild fun.
The island capital, Valletta, is within easy reach (by a short bus ride) a few miles south along the coast.
A cheap bus service also runs to the larger sandy beaches of the west coast, with the beach at Golden Bay a 40 minute bus ride from St Julians, offering gold-coloured sand, a cafe-restaurant and water sports from jet skiing to paraglading and banana boats.

Tour Kit
A club Tour requires a commemorative Tour kit: it looks smart and it's your memento of the Tour! We will again be ordering a special Tour playing kit in custom colours, in individual sizes, with shirts personalised with names and squad number printed on the back and the Tour legend embroidered on the chest.
Get your suggestions in now for this year's Tour kit colour scheme. You may want to play with the TK Hockey Kit Designer for some ideas!
As well as playing kit, a variety of Tour T-shirts, sweat shirts and hoodies will also be available to order.
Cost
The cost, covering travel (including to/from airports), accommodation, breakfast, fixtures and coach transfers to/from games (but excluding insurance, Tour kit, other meals or spending money) for a minimum group size of fifteen has been confirmed, based on current flight prices, at £355. For a group of twenty, the price will fall to £340. Brilliant value for four fantastic days!
How to Book
The Tour is open to all club members, family and friends. A deposit of £150 is required to secure your booking.
Please contact the Tour organiser, Neil Sneade, to book your place on the Tour and for details of how to pay your deposit by cheque or bank transfer.
The deposit is based on current flight costs of approximately £125. In order to be able to book the flights when they are released by easyJet and at their cheapest, the Tour agent needs to be holding the money. Deposits will be held and a single payment submitted once the final Tour cost has been confirmed with the Tour agent and we have reached minimum group numbers (fifteen people). If you decide you do not wish to confirm your booking when the final price has been determined or if the Tour does not reach minimum booking numbers, your deposit will be refunded.
Later bookings after the initial group of fifteen will be accepted but the cost may increase depending on flight prices at the time.
