The Ladies 4s have had a slightly frustrating period recently. Games where possession was good and skills have been used well leading to narrow losses. This week everything came together to create a fantastic result. Yes, the score really was eight-nil, Simon Cooper.

A hat-trick for both Emily Stevenson and Liz Dunsby, plus two goals for Jessica Matthews-Kelly (both from our well drilled short corner routine - ten minutes well spent!)

Our man of the match votes showed the team effort that went into these goals, with votes for people from the front to the back of the line up.

Well done to the Ely umpire, who I believe passed his probation, and the Ely team for their continued grit and commitment, which made the goals a real achievement. Also the soup for teas was a great idea!
