Spurred on by the thought of the notoriously delicious Bury teas and epic gin and tonic cheesecake, the Ladies 4s put on a strong performance this week. Some fab long runs from the young and sprightly South players saw some excellent contact with the ball on the correct half of the pitch. The sisterly squabbling on the back line didn't stop a good defensive performance either. Liz took MoM for some on point play, whilst Hannah's two slides half way down the pitch…for no reason…earned her LoM.

All in all a very even match, with some strong play by both teams, but Bury took the victory through some great interceptions of the ball.
